Members Terms of Service

By signing
up and actively using the Dealbarbiepays program you agree to all terms and
conditions set forth in this agreement. Dealbarbiepays may, at any time, choose
to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes
without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and
all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address
provided upon signing up with Dealbarbiepays. If any modification is
unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to
file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Dealbarbiepays program
following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our sit
e will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Relationship
of the Parties:
You and
Dealbarbiepays are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement
creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative
or employment relationship between you and Dealbarbiepays. You understand that
you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any
representations on behalf of Dealbarbiepays. You may not make any statement,
whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this
section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes
for money earned while using the Dealbarbiepays program. For privacy and for
protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails,
newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way
without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images,
ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted
material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or
offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation
of Liability:
Dealbarbiepays
will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or Dealbarbiepays program, even if Dealbarbiepays
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
Dealbarbiepays aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed
the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The
provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Spam:
You may not
promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to
comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with
Dealbarbiepays and may result in legal prosecution. Dealbarbiepays strictly
enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught
spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any
past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming
as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise
from the Spamming incident. Dealbarbiepay smay charge up to $5 per Spam email
sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all
involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also
constitutes fraud. Dealbarbiepays will file charges for recovery of any
earnings received from multiple signups.
Privacy

users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and
operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy
Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use

Membership
requirements:
Members may
join from
Members
must provide valid information at all times during their membership
Users must be at least 18 years of
age or older and are required to add your birthday in your profile. Your
account earnings will not be paid unless your profile is complete with all
required information.
Any user
found to have a lot of reversals or found to be duplicating offers will
have there account disabled and all earnings forfeited.
Users may not create more than one
account per person - You may no open more than one account per household/ip without
written permission. Before permission will be given you will have to provide
proper identification.
Any users found to be sharing
address, payment option, or ip or any other information will be put on hold for
an undetermined amount of time.
Logging into someone else's account
or using someone else's computer can be reason for your account to be put on
hold.
At any time Dealbarbiepays can ask
for identification for proof of person before submitting payment. If you do not
provide identification your account will be put on hold for an undetermined
amount of time.
All accounts must have a valid
telephone number listed on their account. It can not be a fax line, a voicemail
only line, disconnected number or any other sort of invalid phone number. I
must be able to call the number and have a real person answer.

Payments:
Dealbarbiepays has a low minimum payout of only $5.
Users who meet the minimum payment will be paid within 24 hours.
Trial offers will be held in Locked funds til those funds clear and
once it does those funds will become available for you to withdraw.
All members joining after January 1st 2011 will have a cashout level of $5
For members who joined prior to January 1st, 2011 - If you have done more then 10 cash or signs offer (this does not include trivia, virool, crowdflower, bonus, ptc, dailyclicks, advertiser offers or DBP only offers or other offers deemed not applicable) since March 1, 2010 then your cash out level is $5
If you joined prior to January 1st 2011 and have not completed more then 10 offers since March 1st, 2010 your cashout level will remain at $20 until you reach one of those requirements. If you feel this is unfair to you please submit a ticket.
We offer many
ways to cash out which always include paypal, check,
Amazon, direct deposit and gift cards. We may offer other methods at
various times and you may request another method by submitting a ticket.
Gift Cards
and Gift Orders are shipped at the members own risk. If you want extra
insurance to cover should the order be lost in the mail you will need
to request that before a gift or gift cards are mailed to you.
At times there may be reasons in
which we need to pay you by other means you will be given your options at that
time.
At times
there will be special payment terms for example receiving payments the same
day. These terms can be modified or changed at any time by Dealbarbiepays.
Special Payment methods can also be denied if further checking of offers or
accounts is required.
If your account information is not
accurate at time of payment you will need to update your information and may
need to provide photo id before your payment will be processed.
Certain high risk countries that have fraudulent activity will have delayed payments up to net 30 basis. Once we see that your traffic is coming back clean then all further payments will be paid within 24 hours.
Closing
Accounts:
You have
the right at any time to request your account to be closed
Your payout will go out after all
final fraud reports have been received. You must still meet the minimum amount
required to cashout in order to get paid.
Final payments will be made in the form of check unless other arrangements are made.
Periodically our system will purge inactive accounts that have not been active in longer then 6 months
Any dispute filed via paypal or other payment processor for payments sent to Dealbarbiepays for advertising, upgrades or other reasons may result in your account be closed.
Advertising:
Anyone may
advertise on Dealbarbiepays as long as the website they are promoting is within
guidelines of the sites terms. Websites may not be hate, racial, sex related or
anything else that is not appropriate to be determined by the website
owner. If you are not sure then ask before purchasing.
Refunds for upgrades must be requested within 24 hours and if any part or benefit of the upgrade is used then no refund will be given. Part and/or benefit include the advertising that comes for free with upgrades, receiving commissions from referrals earned from the upgrade or withdrawing at a lower cashout level that is given because of the upgrade.
Your Sign
up bonus may not be used for any purchases including upgrades,
advertising, games and raffles or any other type of purchase that can be made
on the site. Your signup bonus may be withdrawn only via regular methods
of cashouts. Special PTC withdraws and other Special requests can not withdraw
the sign up bonus. All winnings won with your sign up bonus will not be paid
since it is against the terms to use your sign up bonus to play games.
Transfers:
Accounts
may not be sold transferred or given to any other person other than the
original user. Any person found to break this rule will be indefinitely suspended.
Dealbarbiepays
is responsible for all offer crediting. Do not contact the advertisers
regarding offer crediting. If it is found that you are contacting advertisers
or publishers regarding crediting to your account on Dealbarbiepays your account
will be terminated and all monies forfeited.
Dealbarbiepays
has the right to change offer rates at any time for any reason
Users must
only try offers they interested in. If user is found at any time, at sole
description of Dealbarbiepays, to be in violation of this rule his/her earnings
will be forfeited.
Users must
provide their own correct and accurate information when trying offers any
offers. Users may not use fraudulent, fake or someone else's information when
doing offers. Doing so can cause the leads to be reversed by the
advertiser and will result in your account being closed.
Dealbarbiepays
does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an
offer fails to credit, the user may request manual credit by supplying a
confirmation email from the offer. Dealbarbiepays does not guarantee credit
after a manual credit request is posted.
Dealbarbiepays
is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any other contractual
agreement of any offers listed on this site as we have no control over them. We
strongly suggest that users carefully and completely read all the terms and
conditions associated with each offer before completing it.
Dealbarbiepays
has the right to deny payment for any legitimate reason, disable any account
for any legitimate reason, change the terms at any time all update will be
posted here.
Live
support help has been added to the site - if you are found to abuse your live
support privileges you will not longer be able to get support immediately and
you will have to submit a ticket
At times a
random check may be done in order to ensure the security and safeguard from
fraud. Verbal checks may include phone calls to the number on record or may
require you to send in a photo id before you are paid. Please be sure all
information is accurate on file.

Barb: Please note that when this adjustment was made it removed the signup bonus from everyone even if you had already withdrawn it. Games:
